Wellner & Isaacson, PLLP puts a very high premium on honesty and integrity in dealing with clients and with other counsel and the court system. It is a priority of the firm to get the optimum result for the clients at a reasonable cost. We view the taking on of a client for representation as a trust which must be honored by both the attorney and the client. This trust relationship includes, on the attorney's side, due diligence and being responsive to the client's needs including prompt responses to telephone calls, emails and other communications, keeping the client fully informed and providing the best possible ethical representation of the client's legal position and arguments in support of that position. On the client's part, the attorneys expect there to be full disclosure by the client of the facts of the case and prompt response by the client to requests for information and cooperation in the actions that need to be taken on the client's behalf.
